Submitting a Service Request

All questions, issues, and requests regarding Kamiak can be directed to Kamiak’s Altlassian Service Desk.  An Atlassian account is required to use the Service Desk.  This Atlassian account is not related to your WSU account and is only used with Service Desk, not when logging into Kamiak.

On Kamiak’s Service Desk you can:

  • Ask a question or get help
  • Report a problem
  • Request access to Kamiak
  • Request a quote for a compute or storage purchase

Service Level

Kamiak support responds to problems Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Issues are typically resolved within 2 business days with escalated response times for critical problems.
