All questions, issues, and requests regarding Kamiak can be directed to Kamiak’s Service Desk. A free Atlassian account is required to access Service Desk. This Atlassian account is not related to your WSU account and is only used with Service Desk, not when accessing Kamiak.
On Kamiak Service Desk you can:
- Ask a question or get help with Kamiak
- Report a problem with Kamiak
- Request access for a new user
- Request a quote for a compute or storage purchase
- Provide feedback
Note: After registering for an Atlassian account, you must also request access to Kamiak via Service Desk.
