Help Desk Hours

Zoom video conferencing, by appointment.

CIRC hosts a help desk on Tuesdays and Thursdays via Zoom video conferencing. Appointments must be made in advance for 30-minute sessions. You may schedule up to the day before the session, and for as many sessions as you need.

During those days CIRC support staff will be available for hands-on code assistance, training, and to answer any questions you might have about using the HPC cluster.

There is a reservation system at the below link where you can view availability and reserve 30-minute time slots. Information about how to connect to the Zoom meeting will be sent in a confirmation email.
